Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer or Foreman to manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site challenges
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation
• Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks

• Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with quality control and site safety standards
